Driving Directions - from the East

Via the M4 motorway, leave at junction 30 and take the 2nd exit off the roundabout into Cardiff Gate Business Park. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit into Malthouse Avenue and then cross over a mini roundabout and take the first turning on the right into Mulberry Drive. Oak Tree Court is the third turning on the left.
